Ya'll know I love myself some Japanese food!! Here is a delicious recipe!!
We received a gigantic box of tilapia from a friend of ours who is a fisherman. When his wife called she asked if we wanted any and said, "It's only tilapia."
It is not only tilapia.
It is also a low saturated fat, low calorie, low carbohydrate and low sodium protein source.
And beside that it is also delicious!!
Teriyaki Fish with Goma.
Make a marinade:
3T Sesame Oil
2T Rice Vinegar
1T Soy Sauce
a dash of salt
3T Toasted sesame seed
Baste this over your fish and let it steep for 20 minutes.
Place under the broiler for 4 minutes then turn, baste and broil for 4 minutes until your fish is done (about 3 turns)
Serve on a bed of carrots as a side to rice, suimono (clear soup) and creamy ranch salad.
Eat three pieces and make the kids PB&J.
