The kids were so confused when we got to Spokane and there was no snow. WHAT?!!?! Where's the snow!
It finally did snow on the evening of the 19th. Joe exclaimed, "It's Christmas!", ran into the living room and began tearing through packages under the tree. My sister and I had to drag him out and explain that no, snow doesn't always mean "christmas morning".

Preston thought the same thing, he kept trying to convince me all throughout December that since there was snow on the ground he could open his presents bc don'tchya know snow=Christmas! lol.
