Baking Christmas Cookies
I'm going to claim it's the Pollock in me and my inner desire passed down from generation to generation to feed people but My mom came over and we made 39 dozen sour cream Christmas cookies, 6 dozen Molasses cookies and 4 dozen spritz cookies. At first it was going to be fun whipping up a TON of cookie dough and just rolling and stamping till our hearts content... until we figured out the logistics and realised we could only double one recipe in the kitchen aid so it took about 6 hours of mixing dough and putting it in the fridge and baking, rolling... by the end of the day our backs were killing us and we no longer wanted the kids to help. lol
