Mall Adventures

Today I met E and Coco (like my code names guys? I could have called you "HugE" but thought it was better to be left at E. lol) at the DIP with their little kiddos. It was so nice - I haven't gone in awhile because last time I went they charged me for Princess M and $9.00 an hour isn't worth it to me... but it was today and they didn't end up charging me for all three so I was lucky. The kids played so well. No major trauma, no crying fits nothing. Princess M hung around me and whinned the whole time but that's pretty usual for her teething self these days (molars - ick) but she was comforted by cheerios. There was a monster 4 year old who bonked Super S and E's baby in the face with something.. the uniform bumps reminded me of those malets that are used to flatten chicken. And then the same kid kept running over the babies with his yellow grocery cart until I told him I would take it away. Where was this kid's mom? He kept coming over and asking me to get him water, turn on the tv for him... who am I?? lol I told him if he whinned at me anymore I would slap him. Okay I didn't but it was REALLY obnoxious - he was a big kid.

After the drop in play I headed over to "The Children's Place" for some jeans for Super S. I saw they were on sale this morning and since I buy him that brand anyway why not go today. Apparently they only had one style on sale and I would have bought them (jeans that fit are jeans that fit!) only they had sold out of his size and I didn't think I could fit him in 6-9 month ones. lol. And now we're home... Daddy met us when we came in and gave us all nice hugs and then tossed the little monkey's in bed. I am being faithful to the new routine and am going to do laundry and load the dishwasher while they're asleep. I MAY even clean the bathtub walls!
